CHERYL looked happy and relaxed as she took in the view from her balcony in Cannes.
It comes as the singer narrowly avoided seeing her ex-husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini at a swanky party for the film festival.
Posing on the beautiful terrace in her luxury hotel, Cheryl wore a cropped stripy blue shirt, teamed with a white striped skirt.
She completed the look with some thigh-high PVC boots, and a hint of her lace bra.

But after posting the outfit on Instagram, some of her fans weren’t impressed, with one writing: “Love Cheryl, but how do these boots go with these stripes and fabric? Come on Stylist? Stop making Cheryl look silly 
”
A third tried to be supportive with the criticism, commenting: “Shirt? Yes! Skirt? Yes! Boots? Yes! All three together? No! In Cannes? Good god no!!!”
Meanwhile just yesterday the Fight For This Love singer was spotted heading up stairs at her hotel while her ex Jean-Bernard mingled with pals at the bar just yards away.
Cheryl was spotted in a casual white tee and mustard woolly cardigan.
Jean-Bernard was seen hobnobbing with sexy reality star Tallia Storm.
Last week, the 37-year-old business man told reporters it was “nothing weird” that they would be at the same event at the same time.

He said: “I’ve been in Cannes for 15 years. I came here with about three ex-girlfriends, so it just goes into the same box – there’s nothing weird.”
Jean-Bernard added: “I’m going to be at Cannes with a future girlfriend. And, hopefully, this one will be the right one.
“After solving some personal problems I’m in a very happy place, and… yes, I’m open to something new.”
