MISCHA Barton has been pictured kissing a mystery man as she partied at the L’Oreal Cinema Club party in Cannes.
The OC star has had a tough few months after she was the victim of revenge porn when two of her ex-boyfriends tried to sell sex tapes of her to porn sites.
Earlier this year, the 31-year-old was also hospitalised for mental evaluation after a terrifying meltdown in her garden in which she claimed her mother is a witch and the world was shattering.
It later emerged she had the date-rape drug GHB in her system, believed to have been slipped into her drink while she was out celebrating her birthday.
The actress put the scandals behind her as she stepped out in style at the glamorous bash in the French Riviera on Thursday night.
Mischa was seen passionately kissing the mystery man after the left the party and were walking through the romantic streets of the French city.
The TV star looked chic in a mustard coloured sheer gown which was embroidered with pink, blue and yellow swirls.

There were ruffles on the sides which accentuated her waist and she accessorised with blue drop earrings and a black and cream coloured clutch handbag.
Her date looked enamoured with the London-born actress and wrapped his arms around her as they kissed in a courtyard.
Her appearance at the high-profile Cannes Film Festival comes after Mischa obtained a cease and desist order against two ex-boyfriends from circulating the images in March.
Her attorney said she is the victim of “revenge pornography,” and threatened to take legal action against anyone touting sexually explicit images of her client.
Several media outlets have reported the existence of a tape of the The OC star taking part in sex acts with an unidentified man, dressed in a black hoodie.
The tapes had an asking price of $500,000, and Mischa’s lawyer stated that YouPorn, RedTube and Porn.com were all considering making offers, according to the Daily Mail.
The tape is believed to have been released by an ex boyfriend and the actress has been forced to obtain a cease and desist order.
Attorney Lisa Bloom said in a statement released via Twitter: “It has been reported that naked or sexually explicit images of Ms. Barton are being ‘shopped around’.
“Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images.
“She believes she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time.
“There’s a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography.”
Bloom described the footage as “a form of sexual assault,” and “a crime and a civil wrong in California,” adding: “We will not stand for it.”
Mischa later appeared on Dr Phil to discuss the devastating moment she was told by someone in the street that a secret sex tape of her had been leaked.
