DISGRACED fat cat Sir Philip Green mingled with celebs including the Duchess of York and F1 star Lewis Hamilton at Cannes Film Festival yesterday.
The shamed Ex-BHS boss appeared in an expensive three-piece suit beside wife Tina, Hamilton and the tycoon’s daughter Chloe, 23, in southern France.

Green, 65, who saw his family’s wealth decline by £433million last year following the pensions scandal, was at the launch of Diesel’s Child at Heart charity collection.
The tycoon and his wife have dropped from third to fifth in the ten richest Brit couples’ list.
However, the couple are still worth £2.787billion.
